Maybe she's the anti-christ. Its preposterous, how can a human live without a heart? Only a space beetle or mutant jellyfish can undergo what that 'person' has endured. Its proof of god's existence, undeniable proof that God controls us like puppets. Humanity and its weak proclamations of 'science' are drivel. Aliens walk amongst us, and God is their shepherd...wait...what was I responding to again?

with modern technology, we can do bypass for your heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and entire GI tract. Not for long though. Basically we *could* scrape clean the inside of your chest cavity from your throat to your genitals (you really don't need those at all once we've got you on dialysis and IV nutrition), fill the rest with sterile gauze or styrofoam peanuts, and keep you hooked up to a dozen machines and a live pig for...maybe a couple weeks before something fucks up and you die.

ECMO - Bypass for Heart and Lungs
Dialysis - Bypasses Kidneys
IV Nutrition - Bypasses entire GI tract, pancreas, gallbladder, and rectum
The Pig - Bypass for liver, pig doesn't like it but keeps you alive.

The leftovers -
Spleen - can be lived without, as seen in autosplenectomy in sickle cell
Bladder - Used to hold urine from your now absent or non-functional kidneys, so remove it, inflate it, paint it orange and give it to charity.
thymus - gradually craps out anyway, may as well ditch it
Adrenal Cortex - Can be replaced with carefully scheduled IV recombinant drugs.
Thyroid - While we're replacing the function of the adrenals with drugs, may as well do the thyroid hormones as well.
Genitals - you're a robot now. Nobody will sleep with you, you no longer pee, and a trannie is waiting for a transplant.
Rectum and Anus - no poop, no need.
