So I was cruising through a few of the other online forums that I frequent, and I noticed a bunch of 'who win win if these poeple fought' threads. Some of these are completely ridiculous, and the outcomes were amazingly retarded.
For our amusement I am going to post some of these battles and take votes, to see who you guys think might be victorious. I'm going to try this free form (with no polling box) and see how it goes.
I'll post the match ups, all you have to do is post a vote. When I feel enough people have posted a vote (around 10 or so), I'll declare a winner. I'll also let you know what the other forums voted.
No descriptions are neccessary, a simple yes or no will do. However, if you want to post a reason (long or short and in no uncertain terms) who you feel should win and why, by all means please do.

Damn Gideon...that was fast. This was up for less than a minute. You should post that character background in every single thread. Cheyne and Steven would have seizures. They just finished a bit of on site house cleaning. 'On site' get it...

now, sauron vs palpatine, that's a more appropriate face off. But sauron wins that hands down.

Now, now, don't start any new fights until the other is resolved. Although, the two of them should square off. Anyway, I'm getting lost in the dreams of carnage. The main reason I am doing this is to see how divergent this group is from the ones I am seeing on other forums. I am really hoping to see my own opinions validated, and give other people a fun little activity.
You should see some of the ridiculous matchups I have seen, with this stuff. I think one was like, Bilbo (sans Ring of Power) vs Vegeta. WTF, people argued about this, like Bilbo would even have a fighting chance.
I mean I'm all for fictional character deathmatches, but huh? Bilbo Baggins vs Vegeta, how is that a contest, and who could possibly see that going well for the hobbit?
That's an extreme example (though I did see it), most are little less one sided. Still I do think the outcomes for some of these are pretty obvious, but this thread is here to find out what others think.

Yay posts. We're up to 5 with Yoda firmly in the lead...as it should be. I would just like to say that the thread I got this matchup from had Yoda and Aragorn fighting it out for a pretty extended duration.
You know, I'll buy that Narsil could deflect a lightsaber, but could Aragorn really keep up with a Jedi master channeling the force to enhance his speed, strength, and endurance? How about Yoda's patented 'dull senses' manuver, in which he simply blinds, deafens, and stuns his opponent?

I think think I will declare this battle over, with Yoda the victor. If the votes were a bit more even I might continue. If you want you can till throw your vote out, but I'm going to start the next fight.
