I am guessing 15fps instead of 30fps, so its doing that. Apparently this is like a wave of dancing going across asian.... i dont get it.

The thread is an import from the prior thread on the other forums. Haley suggested putting it up again on these, but did so in the Suggestions thread instead of general... and there it has stayed ever since.
