So Dell is hiring if you know anyone that wants to work IT phone support *nudge Adam*. I get $250 if you get in. :P

I have worked several IT phone support jobs, what kind o wages? Part time, or full? Any benefits worth mentioning? Or is it too late at this time?

I believe they're still hiring. Its full time, likely a shift somewhere in the 8-5 range. My pay started at around $15/hour with 1.5x OT (though I've been here a while, so I make a bit more now). Benefits package is fucking stacked to the hilt. Medical, dental, vision, 401k matched to 4% (I think?). 2 weeks of vacation/year, use it or lose it, resets on Jan1 and is prorated based on start date. Same for "PBA" (Personal Business Allowance) which is a combo of sick days and time off for other important takin' care of business ordeals (I've never used all of mine, but I know people who used all theirs by January). Ermm.. I think that's about it. The site is the Dell building on SW 15th near I-44

I don't, and would never, support laptops. I support servers and other enterprise-scale hardware.

I haven't been able to find an address, but I have found a place where I can submit people for referal. It looks like I'll need an email address and a resume and then I think they'll contact you from there.

There may or may not be additional required information, it won't let me progress through the process without an email addy.
