Haven't the mooks from Gondor even managed to kill a main character or two? That does wonders for their resume above all others.

Flying monkeys took down an entire player party! Only by the grace of the script did anyone live.

Hmm, this requires some thought.
Lets see...stormtroopers are suppose to be elite special forces, much better than the Imperial army regulars, then again they did lose to a bunch of ewoks. They do have some pretty impressive tech to support their side of the field.
The Foot Clan, are actually pretty impressive with all their ninja training. They can vanish in a flash, and reappear in ambush nearly anywhere. The human Foot seen in all the movies are hands down better than their cartoon counter parts. They seem to loose not through ineptitude, but instead simply by the fact that their heroic foes are simply complete badasses. In the old comics the foot actually did some damage to the turtles several times, nearly killing them on several occasions. I would say that these ninja have a real shot at the title. If nothing else they might just wait in the shadows as all the other groups fight and then pick off the leftovers.
The Mummy movie zombies are to fragile to compete. They have the whole 'we're already dead' thing going, but against blasters and stuff I don't think they have what it takes. I mean seriously, a vanilla hero and his family (which included a drunkard) were able to fight them off continously...yeah, these guys REALLY suck.
Romero's zombies are a bit more impressive. You have to shoot them in the head or completely vaporize them in order to get them to stop. On top of that, anything they kill gets up and joins the cause. Plus, the way they kill is really demoralizing. They have a good shot against the other hand-to- hand guys, but honestly I don't think they can tough it out against the more technologically advanced units.
The Flying Monkeys...I dont remember much about them. I seem to remember a bunch of them flying out of the castle and filling the skies at the end of the movie, but I'm not sure. They can fly and that can be tactically beneficial, but I don't think they are smart enough to utilize the advantage. Without a strong leader I think they're a lost cause.
Gondor's Defenders are pretty impressive. They have been through an epic experience, and had lots of training as a unit. I don't recall the soldiers of Gondor ever actually killing a named character (not in the books or the movies, they were the good guys, and all the heroes fought with them). I think they are gritty, and well organized, and against the undead they would probably stand up quiet well actually. Again however, I must point out that their foes will have guns...and not just any guns, but scifi guns. Their slow advance across the plain and reliance on armor will be their down fall. Hell, the only reason they survived Gondor was cause they got to hide behind huge walls, and had hero support.
The Red Shirts...uhm well, I think they are doomed to failure. Despite the sympathy card, starfleet training/tech, and resolve their only fate is to die. It has been written in timeless tradition, and ordained through countess episodes. Poor red shirts.
The goblins of Labyrinth have a lot of spunk, and some really weird technology, but ultimately they just don't seem to have it in them to fight a sustained conflict against a seasoned army. I think they would cause a tremendous amount of confusion on the battlefield, but would cut and run once they realized it wasn't a game. Against Gondor's seasoned warriors, zombies, and a the Emperor's finest, they are really out classed.
So who wins...I am going to vote for the Foot Clan. They are ninja, they move like shadows, have modern combat training/equipment, and can force each of the other armies to fight on their terms. The storm troopers and soldiers of Gondor are close seconds, but the Gondorian's cannot survive the firefight, and the Foot are smart enough not to fight the stormies head on (which they prefer). None of the other armies have shown organization (without a strong figurehead to lead them), technological superiority, or the ability to survive an away mission.

i say storm troopers. i hate them, but they are endless. they don't care about zombie apocalypse, with all their cool tech and hard suits (can anyone say "broken zombie teeth"?). they mow over less technologically advanced armies, and kill the star trek red shirts while they stare blankly at their impending doom (how did these people get past fleet academy?). actually, the only things the troopers might have a hard time with is the monkeys (oh GOD noooooo!!! Ewoks fly now?!?!).
the foot potentially could win, by slipping past the troopers to achieve some sort of objective... but they are mooks, and the definition of mook prevents goal directed behavior other than "obey da boss" and "hit da other guys".

The flying monkeys defeated tin man. Storm trooper armor shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah, stormy armor isn't all that great, if sticks and stones work, then I don't think zombies have much to get through. I maintain that the Foot have an edge on the stormtroopers as they are more mobile and can use hit and run/guerilla tactics to slowly wear them down.
