can't say as i care for either of them...

what do they have going for them? how do they measure up?

indy's got a gun and a whip
lara's got twho guns and no whip

both of them have daddy issues and family training in the tomb raiding biz.

indy has more experience, but lara isn't riddle with arthritis and burdened by an idiot son and worthless sig. other.

indy has drank from the holy grail, basked in the glow of the ark of the covenant, and touched the mind of extra-dimensional aliens. oh, and... something with kali.

lara has traveled through time, and... help me out here?

went to many tomb's
is smarter than Indy
is in the 21st centry
doesn't whip the heck out of people (lol)
is fanned by Cassie Aiello (ME!)
is currently trying to go to Avalon-to find her mother- (as to what you said)
has a right hand man (Zip) to help her threw deadly lazer's and booby-trap's
can outsmart anyone she come's across (if she doesn't the first tiem she eventurally will)

Pratically i haven't played all of the game's yet so i can't post mutch...Oh and she is the Accountess of Abington...her favorite food is Bean's o toast, she is exactly 8 inche's taller than me, she is 24 and 40 yea's old (from Core Dinamic's and Eidos) is very athletic, dare devilish, and very 'attractive' according to most who play her.

AND Allison Caroll is currently in England liveing in the "Croft Mannor" as Lara Croft-yeah she's got the dream life.

Jones help inspire the croft concept so he is better.

I vote for Indy, he's like an old ford pickup. He just keeps trucking, even after being @ss r@ped by george and steve in the forest (that was some of southparks finest work btw), I still have fond memories of him.

I am not actually sure if Laura Croft is smarter than Indian Jones, and he has decades of experience to back up his knowledge. She is pretty active in the field, but so is Indy, and he's been doing it longer.

I think this VS is comparable to a vote between a classic mustang and a 2009 mustang (I have no idea why I keep think of cars here). Laura is the sleeker, sexier, modernized, pop version of Indy. Jason hit it on the head when he said Croft was designed after Jones.

I'm voting classic, his movies were more involved, and better developed (except that last atrocity), and his dad is Sean Connery for christ sake how cool was that! Crofts movies are shallow excuses for large breasts, and a great ass in tight clothes doing acrobatics (not that I have a problem with either of those things).
I just think Jones is an archetype for his kind of hero, and you really can't beat an archetype, it is by definition #1 (and all others are #2 or lower).

yeah-though Lara is the updated virsion, i haven't seen much of indiana though i dont' really like him that much-i don't knwo why.

Indie fights evil wwII germans while rescuing holy artifacts form god. He is clearly awesome.

Indy is the Chosen archaeologist of Yawhew, as is evident by him having rescued the Ark of the Covenent and drinking from the Holy Grail...and as mentioned by LiquidPrism, surviving the horrors of Spielberg and Lucas.

meh. i voted for lara, mainly b/c she can still move, and because she's got better hand to hand and cool gadgets, and because i'd rather look at her on screen, but in all honesty indy would probably take it. he's the original tomb raider. and he does have experience.

it would probably end up with some tricksy triple cross on his part, and her in a pit. he would rescue her of course, but only after securing whatever artifact they were mutually after.

well, they are both "good guys". this means they can't actually hurt each other too badly, and that they have to team up at the end to fight a greater evil...

Although Indy ends up bedding every single female that he has ever worked with. So if you are willing to see Miss Croft defiled by the old Dr. Jones then they most certainly would....

bleh. harrison ford is old now. the makeup they had to do to get him youngish looking was probably pretty hard.
