Which one wins?

Dark lord of the sith with legions of stormtroopers, star destroyers, death stars, and tie fighters really still doesn't amount to shit in the face of THE EMPEROR, with all the imperial guard, chapters of space marines, sisters of battle, inquisition, and anything else he'd care to throw in.

Further, Sith is close enough to chaos that the space marines would be pissed through and through at them.

For the most part, this comes down to Space Marines vs Storm Troopers, and I'm sorry, ewok-thrown rocks aren't going to even annoy The Emperor's Finest, but they frequently kill storm troopers.

The only thing that might be problematic for the emperor is if palpatine has one of his students with him, who has a light sabor. I could actually see someone like darth maul carving up guardsmen and tactical or assault marines, but a squad of grey knights would probably be the end of that.

The Emperor's will protects the entirety of humanity from dark forces beyond comprehension, on a constant bases. Papatine, and I say this with all the love i have for Star Wars, has nothing on The Emperor, and sith would die horribly against the ranks or the Ordo Maleus.

Unfortunately this wouldn't be a contest but a slaughter.

I really do want to see what happens when a grey knight terminator gets a power fist wrapped around the head of count duuku.

but you see, when all hope is lost, some punk kids will pilot a beat up old starship into the heart of the sol system, and pop its sun, killing everyone but themselves in the process.

then chaos will consume everyone and everything. and the darkside wins.

The same thing that happens to anything that gets wrapped in a powerfist...it turns into a fine paste, which can be sucked through a straw. Though Dooku looks a little gamey.
