Dodged another bullet

My work's IT has made the recommendation to NOT move forward with a global implementation of the Windows Vista operating system in the office environment. The cost-benefit analysis and testing shows minor benefit compared to the total cost to where I work. IT will continue to work with Microsoft and other software and hardware vendors to monitor industry changes, and will quickly act to address any impact those changes may bring.
