Knights: IC-OC: The City and Japan

A side plot is running now in the city of Yokohama, Japan. Though kindred may attempt to work their way to Yokohama by their own means, the current method of reaching Japan is through the Moto corporation private aircraft that comes and goes from time to time at the municipal airport. The journey in this aircraft is 14 hours, and it is assumed that kindred depart two hours or more before sunrise, but not more than four, sleep on the plane, and arrive either two hours after sunset or, if they departed early, shortly after sunset. This should not interfere greatly with business conducted in the city, though if things happen at similar times, or are timed carefully, the absence of kindred from the city may become relevant.
In general, things are happening "in the future" by about 14 to 18 hours in Japan, if I am posting there while no The City kindred are there.
Feel free to ask system questions about getting to and working in both Japan and the City. There are numerous possibilities for covertly traveling to japan, but the greatest limiting factor is the minimum time needed to get there, which forbids use of commercial airlines for this purpose. A commercial airline might take as much as 22 hours for the journey. A private charter jet could make the trip in 16 to 18 hours, but would need to be secured against 'the sun'. Windows would need to be blacked out, the cabin would basically need to be secured against sunlight, which would include the use of mortal or ghoul pilots who would, under no circumstances, enter the cabin and expose it to sunlight.
It has already been asked how much a plane of the same design as Moto One would cost. This would be around 150,000,000, for the airframe alone. It is custom from it's very construction. However, it is a Citation X, which is one of the fastest aircraft in service. Less expensive, slower, lower flying aircraft could be similarly customized. A premier learjet could probably make the trip in 16 or 17 hours. Perhaps the advantage of the citation X, is that it's flight ceiling is 50,000 feet, which is significantly higher than most aircraft can fly, including the 747, and most military planes, only the Mig 29r and us spy planes have a flight ceiling of this magnitude, which makes Moto One a very very safe place to be, as far as mortal threats are concerned. Even surface to air missiles that could intercept a citation X are few, far between, and mostly in the possession of world powers. The black market will not support a missile that could bring down a citation X.
If desired, please propose ideas about how to get to Yokohama.
