On the northeastern border of Ventrue territory lies a 20 acre wooded estate home to Lucretia de Rennade; Ventrue clan Primogen, and head of the Invictius
The grounds are fenced and gated. Within the gates roam a number of dogs of varying breeds, none of them of a particularly friendly disposition. They keep a hungry eye on the coming and going visitors.

If your business, or name, get you past the gate the door is answered by a reserved looking gentleman in his mid-forties by the name of Alfred. (What? I always wanted one.) He leads you into an adjoining parlor on the right, where soft music plays, to wait on the mistress of the house. There may or may not be a slight racket coming through the walls … depending on the day.

The Rennade estate is also, occasionally, home to Ben, The City’s Scourge. He has, for the most part, taken over the guesthouse, and may, or may not, be found there at any given time.

The limousine pulls down the expansive drive letting Lucretia and Valarie out at the entryway. The dogs bark and jump happily at her arrival until she shoos them off. Bustling Val through the house, greeting Alfred and informing him that Ms. (insert Val’s last name here) will be staying with them for a bit. He answers with a polite nod and an “Of course, Madame,” Before taking her bag and briefcase and vanishing around a corner.

Lucretia leads Valarie down the hall, around a corner and through a door before descending a spiral staircase into a brightly shimmering sitting room, a bedroom visible in the alcove just beyond. The furniture is white and black with accents of pink and green. Fresh florals sway lightly on the coffee and bedside tables. The most notable aspect of the room, however is the gleaming silver wallpaper covering every square inch of the walls and ceiling? (Close inspection may lead you to believe this was once a wine cellar.)

A slight cough sounds behind them. “Will there be anything else, Madam?”

“I hope that this will afford you some peace of mind, my dear. Is there anything else you might require?”

::As we follow Lucretia's car Denton waits for a descision from Johnathan and driver. As we get closer and closer to our final destination.::

[Jack]

"I don't believe we want to be showing up inside the home of someone uninvited." Johnathan says as they watch Lucretia's car pull through the gates to the estate. "However, while we're in the area, I wouldn't mind taking a tour. Maybe you should notify Lucretia of our intentions."

"I am sure she is in good hands lets take care of other business, for now."

::Denton texts a message to Lucretia::

:: Valerie looks around her new room in awe. ::

"It's so shiny."

:: Valerie turns to Lucretia with a huge smile. ::

"This is just fine, Lucretia. Thank you so much for letting me stay here. The only thing I can think of is maybe a small telescope for me, if its possible. I do like the stars as you know. I don't plan on returning to the observatory anytime soon due to what we talked about. Thats the only thing I would need."

Lucretia calls back an d says that that is fine and advises to avoid a few areas in which her clanmembers havens lie: (ie: Brighthall Ridge - The City's equavilent of Nichols Hills. The Boston Commons - a city block of upscale renovated condominiums, and The Winchester - a private golf and country club.

[Sephone]

"There is a terrace just up the stairs and to your left, I believe that the teliscope there may be adiquate, though not what you are used to."

Sitting with valarie

"My dear, I have no intention of disregarding what you saw as mere ravings, but you will understand if I have to have some connections before bringing before the councal's primary focus. You can rest assured that the matter will be investigated thouragly, if nothing else you have arroused alot of curisioty. And if there is one thing the restless dead cannot let go of, it's a mystery."

::Denton continues his call with Lucretia::

"We will take a unassisted tour tonight. However we will stay away from the areas you suggested and appreciate a more formal tour when you are available."


::After the call has ended Denton directs Johnathan to the next objective.::

"Lets stay away from these area's. When your ready Johnathan."

::Denton lists the appropriate areas to stay away from.::

"That's fine by me. I just want to be able to look at the stars....the type of telescope doesn't matter."

"I also understand where you are coming from. I know by experience that you need proof before presenting a case. I will help anyway I can to investigate this matter. I hold the safety of my home in high regards. I saw what I saw on purpose....I just know it."
