Knights: OOC-XP opportunity

I am opening up an opportunity for people to garner extra xp. looking at the city, and the project i have created, i have come to the conclusion that there is just too damned much to do. so, what i want to do, is get players that are interested to make npc's and sites for my city. each site or npc will be worth a certain number of points, based on the xp tier of the player:
1/1 for tier 1 (1 summer or less)
1/2 for tier 2 (2 summers)
1/3 for tier 3 (3 summers or more)
some of you have already presented me with characters or site ideas. you can submit these again for points, as long as you follow the rules for submission. i will post a set of guidelines and an example character and site, probably tomorrow. any submissions must follow the format presented. the gist of it will be:
site
Location: (on the map)
Description: (descriptive text, pictures are nice too)
Stats: (as per damnation city)
Extras: (people you might see there, and stuff you might see happening)
Other stuff:
NPC
Group/type/clan/whatever:
Description: (personality, appearance, mannerisms)
Public Background: (what others know, from a perspective of the court)
Full background (1pg or less of personal details)
Stats: (as per requiem or whatever)
Haven and Hangouts: (as per the city map)
for npc's, i'm primarily looking for vamps, but i also need other sups as well, and a few interesting mortals.
for sites, i'm looking for neighborhoods, restaurants, interesting shops, whatever you can think of that would be cool. these sites will be placed within one of the larger map sections; if you have one in mind, be sure to say so. also, i will want these in word format.
