I really could use some suggestions in looking for a better paying job.

I am extremely sick of this one, and really want out. Do to this I am relatively close to getting fired.

My only requirements are I need to make $25,000+ per year.

I have an interview at DHS on Monday. Cheyne, come! You too Jason. Just need a BA. Or, you could find something in your field... Ya know, with that worthwhile degree in Political Science... yeah...

sales? not sure what the ps degree is used for. kinda like everything else in lib arts, you need masters for stuff. but chris is right, social work could happen. i need to fill out my app, but i'd rather just be lazy and get promoted. but i don't know if that will happen or not. but once chris gets a job he can tell them to hire me, and all will be well.

Congrats Cheyne. I really like the idea of a gov job, and if dhs is a quick answer that is good enough for me. I just need to look into the application process.

Here Jason. This is the site for all state jobs. Some require merit testing. You just go to the building near the capital and take a free test. Takes around a couple of hours per test.

I have only taken one, the Social Services test. It was...eh. The stuff I didn't know I was able to guess. I guess they are just looking for commonsense/guessing ability. I never looked, but there may be study guides.
