Hi Everyone,

So I was thrilled to hear you could all make it to the lake this weekend. Attached to this email is directions to the lake and the nearest address. The lake # and my mobile # are on the directions.

Here are things to bring:
1. Swimsuit and Towel
2. Life jacket if you have one
3. Pillow if you are picky about your pillow
4. Beverages of choice (alcohol or pop, etc.)

I also need you to let me know if you want to play in the Vampire game I am running (my first one ever). Cam clans only, please tell me what you want to play. Feel free to make player sheets beforehand.

Also, there are going to be 17 people coming so space is going to be tight. Please pack light, preferably one bag per person. We are also going to have to make a special effort to keep our areas clutter-free and pitch in and help clean after meals, etc. Kavon is not going to be there so I am going to have my hands full.

Here is a rough itinerary:
Friday Night - arrive, dinner/food will be served. Will have board games and will play a few hours of Vampire.
Saturday - will start off with jet skis at the beach, then boat rides in the afternoon. Board games and table top at night.
Sunday - boat ride, horse riding, hiking, late lunch then clean up and head home.

I need to get a head count for 2 things: 1) who is going, and 2) who wants to be involved in the roleplaying.

We will hopefully be going down at a reasonable time on Friday. Evening on Friday and Saturday will be a Vampire: Masquerade game ran by Cassie. Mornings/afternoons will be spent doing... Stuff. Not sure what, but not games. Who's coming, and who's playing (game looks like it should be fun btw)?

Also, money. It isn't an expensive trip for 3 days of entertainment, but there are gas/tolls going down, feeding while there, and the boat/jetski gas.

Haley just suggested that $20 total might be a good number to look at for the full 3 days, though ymmv with that advice.

Sleeping arrangements: We are trying to get bed-ish stuff for couples, a few singles can get couches. But, you might contemplate bringing a sleeping bag if you've got one handy and don't overly mind it, b/c we just flat won't have space for everyone in beds. We should have around 12-14 real bed slots between cots, beds, air mattresses, and the like. The rest... sleeping bag or tent or both, your call. Will try to add a specific list soonish, if we can.

I would absolutely love to go to the cabin, and play in the game. If I have started work by then, my availability may vanish, but at the current moment I have no plans.

Lacie and I will be attending. She won't rp, I may but I am not sure. We will either have to leave late on Friday night or early Saturday morning since I work and she has her student's recital at 7 pm Friday evening.

I talked to cassie about this. Everything should be as basic as possible. Straight cam clans and only use the 7 basic in the book. She would like you to tell her in advance what you want to play.

I will probably need a ride there and back, and those do not have to be with the same people. Should no ride be forthcoming, I *may* be able to get the use of my mothers car for the trip, but this is not a certainty.
