House for sale

So I'm selling my grandmother's old house. It's cute. Built in the forties with stone and wood trim. It's a two bedroom with a good sized dining room and big kitchen. Also, there is a new addition to the house just several years old with washer/dryer connections (might throw in the dryer too). The backyard is hug and there is a big fenced off area for a garden. Awesome for a vegetable garden. It's at 5113 Lee Ave not too far from me near 74th and Walker. I told Harness to buy it. You should encourage him, cause I'd give a discount (listed price will be about $57,000) and it will get him away from you guys but close to his job. I am painting, repairing a couple of cracked windows, and pulling up the old carpet covering the nice hardwood floors now. I'll post a pic in a couple days.

We considered it years ago. Just too small for us with all them kids and farther away from their schools.

Should be tonight. I need to go paint. Painting sucks.

Yeah painting does suck...especially ceilings....especially textured ceilings...whoever first designed textured ceilings should spend the rest of eternity having to paint one of his creations with all of the texturing falling off as he is trying to paint it.

I used to pick little pieces of the texture off.

Ok, so I should have pics tonight. The other night, the camera batteries were dead. $300 camera and we can't charge some batteries for it... Dammit. And jeez, I'll give you guys a few thousand off if you'll buy it right now so I don't have to finish helping my mother with the place. I'll come over occasionally and help you. I'll even roll up a character for it...

Hey Chris, I know that you have been incredibly busy with looking for and interviewing for jobs but do you have an idea of when you might have the house ready for us to look at?
