Despite my best efforts to avoid it, I will be showing up late to the first session. I am the closing host which means i wont be getting home until around 10:00. I am unhappy about this, as I have been looking forward to this game.

Nice backstory cheyne, I like it.
I may be working tomorrow, but only until 2pm, no problems with scheduling the game. I may need to take things slower than anticipated with the pace of the game as I haven't had time to do as much prep for it as I had hoped, the whole job hunting and interviewing process adsorbed all my time.
I have prepared the first few game sessions to be combat intensive for several reasons, not the least of which is an opportunity for people to test their builds against the types of challenges I am likely to present.

What race do characters with the weapon templates gain? you said we were the "best traits of everything" so what does that mean exactly?

Currently, the two of you that have undergone racial transformation are "Cosmic Beings", and most of the traits are outward, with perfected features suggestive of the most beautiful or striking features of several races. Currently you are retaining your original racial template, and adding stat mods which you've both been able to reverse under your own control.
Game mechanic wise, a Cosmic Being can consider themselves part of any race for purposes of qualifying for feats and prestige classes, and are humanoids for purposes of spell effects, and are their original race for purposes of favored enemies, banes, and so on.
*Probably* by the next game session, or the one after that, I'll just go ahead and post all the stuff on the fundamental weapons and the changes they make. I'm revising some of the details in response to how play has gone, so it's not ready right now.
Does that answer your question?

Tome of Battle, Forgotten Realms, and other setting materials are available for epic.
I would like you to remain open or flexible with your epic builds if they include classes from any of the above, as these are dependent on in game occurances. Please let me know which settings you take classes from.
Also, I STILL don't have everyone's characters and builds. I would like them.

Are you referring to Epic builds.... or builds in general, which you don't have? I am a little confused here. As long as Bo9S is being allowed my epic progression is easy Fighter 20/Warblade 20. Nothing fancy.. just more raw melee power.

Wait.. you said Forgotten Realms... christ! Well, the casters just got a nice treat.

I don't have everyone's pre-epic OR epic builds. "Just to make sure I do" you should send me your build in an email, rather than telling me vaguely. I would actually like your "whole thing".

I will send you my preepic build, but I wont be writing anything down for epic until I know if warblade is solidly available, and not just tentative. I guess I will just send stuff in a private message on skype, or something.

In epic levels, certain changes to standard play are taking place.
Feat and class qualifications become more liberal in interpretation, for non-epic feats. For example, a feat that requires a certain fighter level can be qualified for by having a raw bab equal to the fighter level requirement +3. Interpretations such as this will generally meet an equivalent requirement +3.
Spellcasting will naturally progress along the greater than 20th level spellcasting chart without requiring the purchasing of the expanded spellcasting feat, therefore new spells per day and new spell levels gained will follow a derived continued progression from pre-existing classes gaining caster levels beyond 20. The epic spellcasting feat will be used as normal, pending review and and necessary revision.

I want to keep Druid all the way up on that side of my build. Will that be possible?

3:1 says Josh's newest suitor is a gold (or other metallic) dragon. Anyone?
In other words: DO IT!
