well, it's a ranged touch attack, which is not the same as a "ranged attack", and uses touch AC rather than AC. I believe that using that feat with ranged touch attack spells is outside the intent of the feat, based on it's prerequisites and wording.

Hello all. I am sorry for any annoyance or any other emotions I have been causing people because of my not showing up. I feel it is best at this time to declare that I will not be playing this game any longer. I think it was just to much leveling to fast for my taste and I lost interest when I felt like it was all work and not much play. It made me a dull girl. So play on my fellows. No artifact left behind!
