While i think that he's a bad person, and did many questionable things, I'm torn on this decission... If its more of a "corrupt guy broke the rules and is therefore getting charged with a crime" sort of thing, then good. But as a precedent, "i can hold officials personally responsible for policy decisions within their administration" seems to be inviting disaster and chaos.
