It seems silly to arrest someone, and try and ruin their life over something like this. Sure he did something technically illegal, but if the construction company wants to turn around and hire him for it.... well why should the cops care? I think this is a pretty weird deal, and it seems like its just 'authority' trying to prove a point.
That guy doesn't deserve to have a criminal record (which could hurt him for life) over this. Thats seems like real injustice, the punishment just doesn't fit the crime. Probably not much will happen, with a public outcry that large, and the support of the company 'vandalized', I just don't see it going very far. The cops are gonna have to capitulate.[/i]

and another is a quote from a coworker who went on a 10 minute rant during break one day: the setup is that he's been talking about how big business don't have to pay taxes and how the store manager is a multimillionaire(which he isn't), our wonderful coworker says "Yeah and he has like 7 kids, you know rich people love to fornicate, I know this because I'm smart." Face in hands we all just sat there basking in his brilliance.
:Edit I forgot to mention the fact that he is 35, lives with his parents and has the best Waterfall Mullet you never want to see.

Not sure I agree with this, it actually convinces me why democrats are generally failures, but meh, it was educational.

Sly is back... not sure how I feel about this one. If done well, AWESOME. If not, very sad to ruin the last movie with a mediocre sequel.

Cracked is flippant and tries to be funny, often failing, but this article has some neat stuff humanity has invented that does totally weird or unexpected stuff. The videos are generally pretty good for highlighting what these weird things do:

I'm trying to decide if ferrofluid or aerogel is my favorite. They were neat. Bonus mention of transparent aluminum from Star Trek IV.

this, while it looks like a real film, has something about it that really makes it look either fake or the end of something.
M Night Shamalyan? Seriously? He's not writing his own creepy mind fuck horror films and is just making anime adaptations now?
I know avatar has a very decent following, and maybe shamalyan is among them and that's why, but it smacks of fake.

weird. just weird.
Either the movie will have some bizarre offensive twist ending, or Shamalyan is a fan. I see no other reasons.
