Yes, Vanth appears with wings, but I'm not so sure demon is the right word. I think she was a kind of psychopompos (guide of the dead) although I've seen pictures of her dressed sorta like a huntress (fur boots, short dress, crossed straps on her chest). For Persian mythology, I'm afraid you'll have to look elsewhere.
