I want a lawn. they aren't that much of a chore, thry are pretty, nice to hang out in, give a place for pets, and a place for extra storage/expansion of the house.

be careful. that is an old house, and there might be bad shit in the walls. wear a good mask and googles at the very least.

Nah. No insulation. The little bit of mold we found was easily killed. I just need to be careful of electric lines in the walls. But yeah, I will wear a mask.
Then I get to paint a bunch and tear up old carpet, revealing the nice hardwood floors. I need to move a piano. That will suck the most, I think.

I'll keep that in mind. The yucky stuff is mostly over. Just physical labor. Hard to get my mother to do that stuff.

Cool. It'll be a while (days, weeks, I dunno) before we do that. We need to sell it quick though. I just contacted that business that advertises buying ugly homes. Won't make as much on it, but I will get rid of it and won't have to pay for repairs. Hopefully they'll offer me at least what I was willing to sell it to Harness for (speak up soon brother).
Stupid house...

Yeah, I'm sorry that I haven't gotten around to you about that, but I am not gonna do it. Too much work for me right now.

true, but that house in particular? he barely finds time to go out every other week, how is he going to remodel a whole house?

I suppose, however from what I understand you need to stay in a home for at lest 5years to get your moneys worth (I could be wrong). That should be enough time for him to get something done.
