I see what you mean, I thought you refering to some sort of style of combat, but you're just looking for something low in combat content

I haven't looked into Mutants and Masterminds, but I'd like to play a super game based on KC.

it would be fun. be the old gaurd come back to the world, maybe from a space mission or something, or just cuz you sucked and abandoned your people in need, and find yourself replaced by a bunch of punks.

I want actual "global" changes to be enacted... and a played out exploration of the history of what occured with the solars being imprisoned and also their return...
the motivation for one of the characters I created was the end of the Wyld Hunt... either through enlightenment of the Dragon blooded or through reducing the clout they wield over other nations or by giving them a more serious threat to deal with... or all 3

yeah. CHARACTERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE LARGE SCALE CHANGES TO THE CAMPAIGN WORLD.

not really. games with set worlds often are ran in such a manner as to avoid altering the set peices. it sucks.
