There was an actual case in alabama where a couple received life in prison for the death of their son, basically from starvation on the vegan diet

stupid parents. not sure if i would have given them life... but damn, how dumb you gotta be to realize your kid is dying and needs to see a doctor?

As much as I believe that people should not be directly punished for a lack of intelligence, or perhaps even for a lack of sense, it seems that the vegan couple have proven that they are a hazard to themselves and others.

Vegans kill billions of innocent plants every year. They're eating our carbon dioxide filters to sate their ravenous all veggie diets.

I think the fact that the vegans were in the southern fried capital made the punishment harsher. But if you can see the bones on your baby, it might be a clue. I definitely think jail time was a must if only as a deterrent to other morons
