There's two eps I don't like, one of them is the crazy meteorite one. I'm also not a fan of the baseball one.
But the opium one? Fucking classic.

GITS: Series and Movies - This is actually my favorite sci-fi anime ever and ranked in my top 3 for all future sci-fi in total... really good investigative stories with a lot of political intrigue... I also love the take on tech that is a good visual representation of what Neuromancer (the book) described and I feel that they could be in the same world (allowing for difference in terminology)
Have not seen Monster... yet
Samurai Champloo
Only saw few on Cartoon Network and it looked okay but I could not get into the dub voices and the anachronistic style... might like it better in japanese
Golden Boy... wow... what a description
Urotsukidoji...
This is the standard for so many things in anime
Ninja Scroll is the best ninja movie ever... the series not so much but not horrible
Dagger of Kamui - I am not sure if I remember it right... keep getting confused with Yotoden... one of these the movie was chopped into shit but the OVA set was decent
Lupin III is a decent series for old school simple humor... I have several of the movies but I think I am missing Cagliostro
Wasn't Tranzor Z the one where it was kept in a pool and the kid flew in a ship that sat in the head?? if so the chick robot had rocket/torpedos on her chest... ahh the crap I ruined my brain with as a child...
I liked Ronin Warriors back when it was on tv at one point here... not sure if I would now... I do remember the reason I liked the show was the elemental aspect of the characters... but then they added the white armor and I felt dirty as if I was watching power rangers and stopped watching

I really like Rorouni Kenshin although I like the OVAs (well the prequels) more than the series, as a whole I like the series
The first Ghost in the Shell movie, how was that not added???
Now for the girly shit, Fruits Basket and (with shame in my heart) Chobits...its just so goddamned cute.

More girly type stuff (which, out of anime as a whole, tends to have better plot):
Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien (The Eternity You Wish For) - heavy melodrama and romance
Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou (His and Her Circumstances) - more romance, some comedy - ends abruptly, anime didn't finish the plot (though the manga sort of does)
Fushigi Yuugi (The Mysterious Play) - romance + high (asian) fantasy
Maria-sama ga Miteru - very slow ("slice of life"), extremely girly, implied lesbianism!
Saiunkoku Monogatari - romance + historical/low fantasy
Sliders + Everything ever made by the CLAMP manga group (X, RG Veda, Magic Knights Reyearth, Card Captor Sakura, etc - all at once): Tsubasa Chronicle
Other good ones I forgot: Death Note (not about music, about a lot of killing though - mostly a drama, focus not on the killing so much), Great Teacher Onizuka (ex gang member becomes high school teacher - what could go wrong!?), Minami-ke (just random comedy, I thought it was hilarious), Scryed (where everyone's superpower is to summon a robot [not always a giant one] to hit people with!), Trigun (a classic, like Cowboy Bebop)
HOW DID I FORGET THIS?: Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann - one of the best anime to come out in the last 5 years, also one of my top 5 - plot of the show escilates continuously straight through the end of the series.
EDIT:
HOW DID I FORGET THIS - MARK II: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - also one of the best anime to come out in the last 10 years (predates the one above by a year or so, I think). Only 14 eps, amazing though - sequal has been rumored for years but no offical news about it yet, just lots of teasers from the production company

Armitage is alright, if I recall - its been a -really- long time since I saw it. I saw it back when I was in high school or earlier when they were showing it on the SciFi channel. I haven't seen it since I started watching anime more often.
