new moderator for forum.
if anyone else has serious plans of running this, and doing so in a timely manner, let me know.
also, no hard feelings about me recruiting adam to run hopefully. it is just that he seems to have good rules sense, and an understanding of the way monsters balance out, along with some experience in the type of game i'm talking about (w.quest to high levels using preplanned dungeons and such). and lots of spare time, which no one else seems to have right now. if he doesn't want to do it, or someone else wants to start up the work, let us know and i'm sure something wonderful and joyous can be arranged.

i know, it makes me hate.
but loot can still be random, in the sense that useless shit gets put in.

how is the glorious adventure design going adam? when should we pull out our optimized 4.0 characters and start hack-rolling?

I got the first floor almost completed. I just need to actually start working on it.

Can you make your designs legible to others, so that a copy can be handed to another play group and ran? that would keep everyone on the same page.

but, in a way, less.
and you can re-use the levels for when people want to go through it again with new characters. i could replay the first diablo forever, and never get bored... well, almost (ok, not really, but it is better than most other repetitive tasks...)

There is some truth to what Cheyne said about Diablo and re-using the levels... but I am suspicious of your having other people run the same level for a different group... who do you plan on running that??
