Oh, meant to ask, do all the characters have psionic powers? Cause, something earlier (don't remember what) gave me the impression that some of the characters were just normal guys/gals/whatever.

the one you chose is 'normal' in the sense that they have no psi. they are however exceptionaly skilled 'protomorphs' that manipulate probability on a subtle lvl.
