Following the destruction of the previous Blake Mansion in a "gas main explosion" the new Blake Mansion was build on several acres of land that was purchased using money from the insurance payout. The house was designed to be in the same period style as the previous and artwork from some of the same artist hang upon its walls.

The taxi then pulls away to the street and awaits instructions. Mr. French approaches the door slowly, rather obviously choosing not to make sudden movements or cause a fuss. "I have been relocated to your city by my superiors. We had overgrown the populace and had outgrown the other covenants in my city, which made things unstable and dangerous. Myself and others have moved to other cities. As for me, I preferred to leave, I wanted room to move. I'm sure you can understand how stifling an overpopulated city can be. I have to admit, I have made little progress in learning the ways of our order. I was advised, George, that you are very wise in our ways. One of my Mentors suggested that I petition you for mentorship. I also come here to ask to be recognized by the Clan head."
