::A Mr. French checks into his hotel room very late in the evening. He requests not to be disturbed at any time, day or night, unless he specifically requests it. He does ask the manager on duty to pass along a request to Mr. Nick for a private meeting. He leaves his cell phone number with the manager specifically for Nick's usage.::
**Mr French appears normal on security feeds, and does not appear pale or 'out of sorts' at all to the staff.**
"Ahh yes, thank you for calling me so promptly. I wanted to introduce myself and request consent to enter your domain, so to speak. Obviously, if you'd rather I not be here than I can check out immediately. Would you be interested in meeting in person?"
"Well, I'm new in town, and I'm looking to learn the balance of power and find my place in it. I've been relocated here, voluntarily, we outgrew our boundaries in my home town. I appreciate this audience, sir. Is it permissible for me to stay in your hotel for a short while?"
"I would like to know your clan and convent, but I do not mind doing the favor of letting you stay in my domain as long as the favor is returned someday"
"They say that first impressions can be many things, among them the measure of what a man wishes others to perceive, a measure of how he wishes to be seen, but not of what he really is. My lineage and allegiance are of the same persuasion as George. I accept the terms of my stay here, though be aware that when you call upon this favor you may find something unexpected and equally valuable available to you."
*Mr French slides over a plain white business card that merely reads 'Mr. French' and his cell phone number.*
::Nick smiles:: "Thank you for introducing your self, and I hope you have a pleasant stay in my hotel," ::pockets the card:: "If you need anything else let me know" ::slides a business card of his own to Mr. French::
