Guild Advancement

You have sufficiently advanced your guild's membership to unlock additional options for building your guild's demi-plane, and enhancing your guild's members. Various advancements are purchased using Guild Points (GP's). Upon joining a guild, members are bound to one another and the guild demi-plane via the heartstone of the guild. GP's are gained through the link, with higher level members adding more points to the pool. These points may be spent by guild leadership (leadership varies by guild, based on the rules set out in the individual guild charters) to alter or enhance the demi-plane. Useful enhancements include terrain features that can produce useful resources (e.g. mountains that can be mined for ore, forest filled with rare herbs) and buildings that assist in crafting (e.g. a forge that reduces crafting time, a mystical sanctum that empowers spellcasting), as well as improved quality of life (e.g. better furnishings, paved roads). Points may also be spent to provide guild-specific bonuses to individual members.

Terrain = terrain features of the plane, these produce both resources and consumables. Quality/rarity of items increases with the rank of the terrain feature and the invested materials/items
100 Common Terrains: forest, mountain, river/lake, plains, swamp
200 Uncommon Terrains: caverns, islands/reefs, rainforest, underground sea, desert, glacier
1000 rare terrains: volcanic island, cities
10000 Mythic Terrains: Extraplanar/extraplanetary vistas
X1 Basic - (basic functionality and benefits)
X2 Moderate - special prereq or advanced resources or focal item (increased resource yield, uncommon resources/items)
X10 Advanced - special prereq, advanced resources or focal item (as moderate, but rare items and higher yield)
X100 Epic - Special Prereq, Focal Item, advanced resources (as advanced, but special qualities)

Environment = weather and other ambient traits
10 common: basic weather/lighting/atmosphere
20 uncommon: natural weather/lighting/atmosphere, or specific naturally occurring condition (e.g. always a starry night or raining)
100 rare: constant lightning storm, pure oxygen atmosphere, rains acid, etc.
1000 mythic: constant tornado, near absolute zero temperatures, wild magic storm

Features = advancements that improve quality of life, defense, or other functionality of individual zones (e.g. magical lights, plumbing, ballistae, etc.)
10 = basic feature (plumbing, part-time heating/light/air, basic siege weapons, etc.)
20 = moderate feature (permanent lighting, constant temperature control)
100 = advanced feature (laser defense)
1000 = epic feature (Portals, telepad, tower interface)

Buildings = Specific areas that augment goods production or specific abilities. Quality/Efficiency of the augmentation increases based on the rank of the building and the invested focal items.
10 Common building: house, storage shed
20 uncommon building: training ground, forge, temple, library
100 rare building: sanctum/magical workshop, pharmaceutical lab, castle/manor
1000 mythic building: gravitic lab, ?
X1 Basic - simple plan (basic functionality and benefits)
X2 Moderate - advanced plan, special prereq or advanced resources or focal item (masterwork quality, bonuses to skill checks and durability of the building)
X10 Advanced - advanced plan, special prereq, advanced resources or focal item (as moderate, but increases production efficiency)
X100 Epic - Epic plan, Special Prereq, Focal Item, advanced resources (as advanced, but special qualities)
