I host most of my stuff personally. I'm going to look more into the wiki option this week. If that works out, it should also provide some ability to upload images.

Here's the site for the software I'm looking at getting going.

I've looked over their installation instructions and whatnot, and it looks like it'll be pretty easy to get going. It is going to take some time to get it configured right, but I'll probably have it sit in the lostknightsrpg.org/wiki/ folder and maybe create a subdomain wiki.lostknightsrpg.org that points there. I'll have to see what sort of options they've given me with this host.

I use tinypic, but other farkers who do photoshop contests use a9, photobucket, and something else but I forget. I liked tinypic the best because it's quick, doesn't require registration, and preformats your link, and you can have it email a link to you so you can access it later.

I'm uploading the mediawiki software now. Hopefully I should have it configured and publicly accessible before too long.

Actually it did once, but only for about 60 seconds. Currently the wiki is up but unusable as it doesn't seem I have access to enough memory for the engine to generate an edit page. I'm trying to find out if there are any options to up the access. If not, I may have to contact hostmonster to request additional memory allowances.

There's a difference between memory and storage. I could go in to it, but I'm not sure anyone cares.

The problem was that there was a setting that limited the amount of memory an individual process was allowed to access. I upped this from "10M" to "16M" and everything seems to work fine now.
