I'd had a few different ideas for characters, though I must admit that most of them didn't really involve any sort...

Avatar Restrictions
I've altered the avatar restrictions. The maximum filesize is now somewhere in the neighborhood of 2.25MB (2359296 bytes, if you care) and the maximum size has been increased to 150x150. These are easily alterable features, so let me know if you really really want more (or less).

Regarding Time Stands Still The text of this maneuver actually states specifically that the users takes two full attack actions, rather than two full round actions. Thus the user is not able to execute another full-round action maneuver within the actions granted by Time Stands Still. In fact, the o...

I'm at work, so I don't have the full specifics with me. I'm looking at two diffrerent builds currently, still trying to decide between them. They're very similar, but also very different. The first and the one I'm leaning towards the strongest because of less multiple stat dependance, is Rouge 15/I...

I proposed the idea on another thread and I'll throw it out again here: Do the primogen meetings online. I can configure a forum that is restricted to only the members of the council if they desire some sort of secrecy/privacy. In this way primogeny things can be handled without the need to interrup...

After having spent a semester studying artificial intelligence and in specific genetic algorithms, I'm really not very surprised. When it comes down to it, the lying robot was the most fit, so its little action codes would be transmitted and refined via mutation to future robotic generations. I thin...
