Seeing as how PHP is, more or less, a full blown programming language for most intents and purposes, yes, it can have dice rollers. However, I've never studied web programming to any notable degree, or PHP to any degree at all. In theory I am able to build such a die-roller, in practice, I'd need to...

Two things. The first is addendum to my post above about the Coils of the Dragon. One adjustment that may be worth making to limit the cheapness of taking a lot of first tier coils is that the first tier coils might be made to cost "the number of coils known" plus the one you've already go...

A fairly strong argument for eep adjustments for the Ordo Dracul drafted by some members of the Cam. I think it should be considered, given the total exp prices involved between Cruac, Theban Sorcerery and the Coils of the Dragon.

There are five main types of exalts. The defaults are the Solar Exalts, which I've talked about a little above. There are three other types of 'Celestial' Exalts. The Lunar Exalted have shapeshifting abilities. They're nearly as powerful as the Solars are. While they have some superficial similariti...

I remember there being talk that Exalted could be seen a essentially the World of Darkness before the bloodlines thinned out, reality started to fight back, and supernatural creatures' mythologies evolved. Is that the case or was it before and it is now? The whole of the campaign seemed interesting...

Exalted: Interest and Recruitment

Per my posts on the 'Cutting back on Role Playing' thread, I figured I'd try to gauge general interest in Exalted. I know there are varying levels of knowledge of what Exalted is among the people that read these forums. At its core, Exalted is a fantasy role-playing game. The principal difference th...

I am seeing one of those Animes or Conan type quest movies here, in which: the main character is "on a mission to ..." and everyone else gets sucked in for the ride; whether it's because it will eventually get them where they're going, the main character/party member aided them in some wa...

Many have heard me mention, or perhaps 'expound upon the virtues of' is the better term, Exalted. I have thought long and hard about an Exalted game, and what I'd want to do with it. Ultimately my own lack of broad-scale creativity bites me in the ass. Here are some of the virtues of the game as I s...

now, to make a good game, we need bachelor's degree's in history or sociology, a slew of books, and even then we can't always make things entertaining. This is a good part of why I don't have much interest in running anything. Also, when it comes down to it, I need more real roleplaying experience ...

Still working on the concept for the post-crit-shift version of the character. Working out a justification for high Weapons skill is not very easy in a non-DA setting. I'm stuck conceptually halfway between an armed forces officer and a yakuza.

More news as the story develops.
