It's not really, but people don't want to play Lunars who don't shapeshift and it is an interesting way of explaining why this ability works. As far as I know there really wasn't ever a reason or description given in the Lunar book about why the Sacred Hunt works..it just does. Having the Lunar cons...

I wish that I could have gone to that training camp...I think that my first couple of years of driving would have been very different. Now I would love to go to one just to rock it...it would be so easy now!
